💼 About This Role

You'll provide end-of-life care to clients and families as a Hospice RN Case Manager. You'll make home visits and manage client assessments in Cumberland and Dauphin counties. This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments.

📋 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• One year of recent clinical medical/surgical experience.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
