Description

You will own the post-sale relationship for Mesh's highest-value enterprise customers, driving growth, performance, and engagement. You'll work directly with C-suite executives to ensure they realize meaningful value from Mesh, lead renewals and expansions, and serve as their internal advocate.

Requirements

  • 8+ years owning enterprise customer relationships in payments, fintech, or crypto
  • Deep understanding of payment networks, PSP economics, and merchant value chains
  • Hands-on stablecoin or crypto experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to earn trust with senior executives in complex multi-stakeholder organizations
  • Demonstrated track record of driving commercial outcomes including renewals, expansions, and pricing negotiations

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with largest strategic enterprise accounts, serving as primary contact for senior stakeholders
  • Drive account growth by delivering on launch goals and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Lead renewals and expansion negotiations including pricing, contract terms, and deal structure
  • Run weekly/bi-weekly check-ins and monthly/quarterly business reviews tracking performance and risks
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable input for Product and go-to-market teams
