You'll provide complex pediatric home care as part of the Transition Team in Burlington County, NJ. This role requires training ongoing care teams and delivering quality care to infants and children. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule and supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver quality care to pediatric clients with complex needs
• Provide extensive training to ongoing care teams
• Work with infants to 21-year-old clients with trach/vent
• Commit to a consistent schedule including at least 1 shift per week

📋 Requirements

• Current LPN license in New Jersey
• Pediatric trach and vent experience required
• Achieve a passing score on high-tech pediatric simulations
• Current CPR certification

• NICU or PICU experience
• Home care experience
