You'll serve as the face of Hawthorne's apartment communities, creating standout experiences for prospects and residents. Your core impact will be driving leasing success through personalized tours, follow-up, and relationship-building. You'll also coordinate resident events and assist with marketing to build brand community awareness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet prospective residents and conduct personalized apartment tours
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries promptly
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building
• Coordinate and attend resident events and community engagement initiatives

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• One year of customer service or sales experience preferred

• CALP certification (Certified Apartment Leasing Professional)
• Experience in apartment leasing
