You'll lead the transformation of GTM operations into a global powerhouse, integrating Sales Ops, Enablement, and SDR functions. Your work will strip away administrative burdens through AI automation and establish a centralized Source of Truth in Salesforce for board-level predictability.

  • Lead and integrate Sales Ops, Enablement, and SDR functions into a proactive unit.
  • Enforce rigorous data standards within Salesforce for accurate GTM reporting.
  • Implement AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to automate workflows and improve speed.
  • Own end-to-end analytical process for board decks and executive presentations.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Revenue or Sales Operations at SaaS scale.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce and its integration with tech stack (Zendesk, Outreach).
  • Proven track record of operating in lean environments and closing loops proactively.
  • Ability to anticipate business needs and drive structural changes without escalation.
