💼 About This Role

You'll own Flycar, the restaurant payments terminal used by thousands of restaurants. You'll build reliable software that servers and managers depend on during every service, where downtime means a dining room that can't close checks. This is a Next.js/TypeScript monorepo powering payments, loyalty, and restaurant ops.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end development of Flycar - UI, API integration, WebSocket flows.
• Build interfaces reliable across FSR and QSR environments.
• Drive frontend architecture decisions.
• Debug real-time payment flows spanning terminal, mobile, and backend.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years with React and TypeScript
• Experience with real-time data (WebSockets, polling) and graceful degradation
• Track record shipping software where failure has immediate consequences (payments, POS, fintech)
• Comfort working across the stack: API contracts, debugging queries, system design

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with payments infrastructure, POS systems, or restaurant/hospitality tech
• Background in multi-tenant systems or hardware-constrained environments
• Exposure to blockchain, crypto, or web3
