Description

Lead commercialization of AI-powered autonomous greenhouses for sustainable plant production on Earth and microgravity plant research in space. You will drive sales of BioPods to large enterprises in cosmetics, fragrance, and pharma, while independently pursuing space program opportunities for microgravity research partnerships. Report directly to the CEO and manage end-to-end commercial strategy across both streams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years B2B sales leadership in cosmetics, fragrance, nutraceuticals, or pharma with plant science knowledge
  • Demonstrated success closing seven-figure+ deals with Fortune 500-equivalent companies
  • Established C-level network in target industries and ability to engage R&D leaders
  • Experience owning full commercial P&L and scaling revenue from $5M to $20M in high-growth settings
  • Entrepreneurial mindset for dual-market strategies; fluent English and Bachelor's in Business, Life Sciences, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategy for Earth-based BioPod deployments, securing large-scale contracts for sustainable plant production
  • Cultivate space-program pipeline by identifying partners for microgravity plant science experiments
  • Qualify leads, negotiate, and close complex deals including BioPod hardware and research agreements
  • Maintain segmented pipeline and deliver accurate revenue forecasts split by Earth and space streams
  • Represent the company at industry events for cosmetics, pharma, and life sciences conferences
