Description

You will own and scale top-of-funnel growth for Scopely's Direct-to-Consumer ecosystem, accelerating player adoption across our portfolio. You'll turn data and player insights into initiatives, align stakeholders, and drive execution through rapid iteration and partnership with game teams to evolve D2C into a core growth engine.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product management, growth, or product marketing in F2P live service games
  • Experience with direct-to-consumer growth initiatives on large-scale consumer products
  • Experience leading through influence without direct control of game roadmaps

Responsibilities

  • Collect insights from quantitative and qualitative streams to propose data-backed initiatives
  • Align stakeholders on D2C growth initiatives and launch them to drive measurable outcomes
  • Iterate initiatives to success and scale across portfolio creating repeatable systems
  • Deeply understand and report on D2C top-of-funnel metrics and attribution
  • Design, execute, and analyze D2C adoption-focused A/B tests
