You will play a crucial role in implementing Salesforce projects, designing scalable solutions, and mentoring junior team members. You'll collaborate with Solution Architects to solve complex technical challenges and drive meaningful outcomes for clients in the subscription economy.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience with Salesforce platform as Developer
• Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and work both collaboratively and independently
• Ability to understand varying client needs and respond flexibly and creatively
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences
• Agile and comfortable in environments where objectives and priorities are reviewed regularly

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom code solutions using Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
• Lead technical delivery of Salesforce implementations
• Execute technical process reviews and provide guidance on topics like data, deployment, SSO, and large data volumes
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to develop detailed and sound solution designs
• Perform code reviews and coach junior technical team members
