Your core impact is ensuring tools, devices, and systems are available and working seamlessly, whether remote or in-office. This role stands out with a hybrid schedule in San Francisco and a collaborative small team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide IT support to employees in-office and remotely across time zones
• Handle onboarding/offboarding logistics, account provisioning, and hardware management
• Manage in-office technology (AV, networking) and SaaS tools like Google Workspace and Okta
• Administer macOS devices via Jamf and assist with security/compliance configurations

📋 Requirements

• Experience supporting SaaS tools like Google Workspace
• Understanding of identity and access management, ideally with Okta
• Proficiency supporting macOS environments and managing a distributed device fleet
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting (3-4 days per week) in San Francisco
