💼 About This Role

You'll design and execute the long-range strategic plan for Airwallex's US SME business, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. Your core impact will be driving revenue growth through commercial strategy, planning, and go-to-market experiments.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and implement the long-range strategic plan for Airwallex’s SME business.
  • Define commercial strategy, processes, and tools with enterprise commercial teams.
  • Coordinate and prioritize US product launches with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead planning and budgeting, establishing key strategic priorities for actionable plans.

📋 Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in top-tier strategy/management consulting or equivalent
  • Analytical thinking with ability to create reports and processes
  • Track record of collaborating across teams like sales, operations, and marketing
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts simply

✨ Nice to Have

  • Fintech/B2B experience and consulting experience
  • Experience scaling a late stage technology company GTM motion for SME segments
  • SQL and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker
