💼 About This Role

You'll integrate, validate, and optimize Radio Access Network (RAN) solutions for satellite-to-mobile connectivity at SpaceX. Your work will directly enable ubiquitous cellular coverage via the Starlink constellation, connecting people in remote areas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead RAN lab integration for LTE, 5G NR, and NR-NTN features.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate technical issues.
• Develop and execute test cases for RAN validation.
• Oversee lab operations including setup and troubleshooting.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
• Experience with LTE, 5G/NR, and NR-NTN protocols.
• 2+ years of experience with eNB and gNB configuration and integration.
• Experience with test case development and lab operations.

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years of lab/field experience in new product introduction.
• Prior experience with non-terrestrial networks (NTN) or satellite communications.
• Vendor management experience with modem companies and OEMs.
