🎯 What You'll Do

• Build real-time workforce intelligence event-driven infrastructure
• Develop forecasting and planning systems for patient volume and staffing
• Create optimization and recommendation layers for staffing decisions
• Implement prompt-driven automation for nurse scheduling

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of production software experience in product-focused engineering
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend and backend development
• Proven ability to build and scale user-facing products
• Experience designing backend systems for multiple products or workflows

• Experience with Effect or Tanstack
• Comfort in early-stage startup environments
