💼 About This Role

You'll ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications and integrations by preparing test strategies, automating test cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your work will directly impact the success of Salesforce implementations for global clients. This role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement in QA processes within a client-facing environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and execute test strategy, cases, and scripts for Salesforce apps.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Automate regression test cases using Selenium or Provar.
• Track and report defects using Jira, ensuring timely resolution.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in functional and automated testing of Salesforce applications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and customizations.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Provar).
• Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and integration validation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce Admin or Advanced Admin certification.
• Experience with TestNG or similar frameworks.
• Business Analyst certification.
