🎯 What You'll Do

• Take ownership of new client requisitions and shape search strategies
• Align with CSMs to understand client goals and ideal candidate profiles
• Guide sourcing team and calibrate pipeline for quality and fit
• Conduct end-to-end competency-based interviews for diverse roles

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in agency, RPO, or managed staffing
• Experience hiring across multiple industries and job functions
• Proven internal stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in competency-based interviewing and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
