You'll join a supportive agency as an insurance agent in training, advising clients on Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance solutions. You will build client relationships and achieve sales targets in a growth-oriented environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate new business through outbound calls and referrals
• Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend insurance plans
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
• Deliver outstanding customer service and nurture client relationships

📋 Requirements

• Sales experience with a record of achieving targets
• Property & Casualty license preferred
• Life & Health license preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
