Description

You'll provide home health visits to adult and geriatric patients, assisting them in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being through treatment, tests, client education, and interventions delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification as a PTA in North Carolina
• Graduate of a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• At least one year’s work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment, tests, client education, and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being
