🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and enhance the operational risk management framework.
• Communicate risk policies and ensure first-line understanding.
• Oversee MI collation for executive Risk Management Committee.
• Conduct second-line operational risk assurance work.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in operational risk within financial services.
• Deep understanding of risk framework design and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment methods (RCSA, risk events).
• Experience challenging first-line risk management credibly.
