You'll define and build the next chapter of support at Frontify, evolving the team into a scalable system combining AI, automation, and human expertise. You'll build a feedback engine that shapes the product and drive visibility of support performance across the business.

  • Lead and develop a global team of ten support professionals.
  • Evolve support system blending AI, automation, and human expertise.
  • Deepen feedback loops between Customer Support, Product, and Engineering.
  • Build scalable knowledge infrastructure that compounds over time.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years in SaaS support or adjacent customer-facing functions.
  • 3+ years leading a team.
  • Experience building or transforming a support function.
  • Deployed AI and automation in support operations.

  • Background in brand or creative software.
