You'll define and build the next chapter of support at Frontify, evolving the team into a scalable system combining AI, automation, and human expertise. You'll build a feedback engine that shapes the product and drive visibility of support performance across the business.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a global team of ten support professionals.
- Evolve support system blending AI, automation, and human expertise.
- Deepen feedback loops between Customer Support, Product, and Engineering.
- Build scalable knowledge infrastructure that compounds over time.
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years in SaaS support or adjacent customer-facing functions.
- 3+ years leading a team.
- Experience building or transforming a support function.
- Deployed AI and automation in support operations.
