You'll serve as the vision keeper for a new puzzle title, defining and championing a cohesive player experience. You'll work with a top mobile games developer to create innovative puzzle mechanics and player-centric monetization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and champion a cohesive player experience for a new puzzle title
• Design core game loops, puzzle mechanics, and progression systems
• Collaborate with technical team to develop editors and tools for level creation
• Guide, inspire, and mentor a team of game designers

📋 Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional game design experience
• At least 4 years focused on mobile Free-to-Play (F2P) market
• Experience as a lead or principal designer on shipped casual/puzzle titles
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of game designers
