💼 About This Role

You'll lead the global accounting function, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance of financial data across multiple international legal entities. You'll oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and drive process improvements and automation within the accounting functions. Your work will ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations while managing a growing international team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, payroll
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Drive process improvements and automation within accounting functions
• Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and other departments for cross-functional initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant experience including group consolidation
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA) strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles

• Experience in audit (Big 4 background)
• Knowledge of tax implications and transfer pricing
