💼 About This Role

You'll oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection Reconditioning Center, planning production for a full shift. You'll manage facilities to meet production, cost, and quality targets when the General Manager is not onsite. You'll also conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement projects across the network.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Experience leading a team of over 50 associates
• Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges through root cause analysis
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
