You'll lead complex customer onboarding engagements and mentor the Technical Delivery team at Magnet Forensics, a global leader in digital investigative software. You'll serve as a trusted advisor for customers, driving strategic adoption initiatives while helping fight crime and protect national security.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as escalation point for Technical Delivery Specialists and Engineers.
• Lead complex, high-impact onboarding engagements for strategic accounts.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and coordinate with Engineering.
• Mentor team members and contribute to strategic initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• B.S. Computer Science or equivalent field.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch and Kibana.
• UK citizenship and residency in the UK.
