You will help drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience while acting as a brand ambassador for Reformation's sustainable fashion mission. Your role includes engaging customers, generating clientele, and ensuring the store reflects brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Assist in clientele generation through customer engagement
• Deliver an excellent client experience and build loyal relationships
• Act as a brand ambassador, share sustainability stories
• Contribute to inventory accuracy and loss prevention
