💼 About This Role

You'll serve as medical lead for Orca-Q, a next-generation cell therapy program targeting non-malignant diseases and autoimmune indications. You'll design and execute Phase 1 studies, analyze data, and collaborate with investigators nationwide to drive the program toward registration. This role offers the chance to shape early clinical strategy at a late-stage biotech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support strategic planning and execution of clinical strategy
• Develop trial protocols, statistical plans, and investigator brochures
• Provide medical monitoring and review of clinical data
• Lead Clinical Trial Manager and CRA for early-stage programs

📋 Requirements

• MD, PhD, or PharmD required
• 3+ years of industry experience in cell therapy or BMT
• Experience with early-stage clinical trials
• Strong project management and communication skills
