You will lead and inspire a team providing compassionate 1-on-1 home health care, conducting client assessments, developing care plans, overseeing caregivers, and managing new hire orientation. This role offers a dynamic environment and work-life balance in a mission-driven organization.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of RN experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Homecare experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care
• Visit Assistive Care clients and conduct assessments in Williamsburg, VA (Lower Peninsula)
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution
• Supervise home health aide (HHA) staff in the field
• Facilitate new hire orientation and conduct competencies for new and tenured staff
