Description

You will drive organic growth and launch new hospitals by providing clinical education and training to physicians and staff on the Ceribell EEG system. You'll build advocacy, establish protocols, and partner with clinicians to expand use of this critical care technology.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years recent critical care sales experience, or 5 years medical device/pharma sales, or RN with industry experience supporting sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize strategically.
  • Ability to assess stakeholder needs and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Based within region with 60% travel (3 days/week).

Responsibilities

  • Expand use of Ceribell to additional acute or critical care centers within existing customer base.
  • Drive new product introductions and upgrades in existing install base.
  • Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on proper clinical usage of products.
  • Partner with clinicians to identify and establish seizure risk patient protocols.
  • Lead clinical training sessions and support new account launches.
