💼 About This Role

You'll own complex, high-value enterprise engagements end-to-end for an AI-powered Brand Agent platform, driving measurable outcomes for top brands. You'll coordinate across Sales, Solutions, and Product to ensure seamless delivery and unlock long-term customer value. This foundational role offers a rare chance to shape a new function from the ground up as the company scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise engagements from discovery through delivery and renewal
• Translate client needs into structured solutions and implementation plans
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities and drive account growth
• Develop playbooks and frameworks to scale engagement delivery

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading end-to-end enterprise client engagements
• Experience with AdTech or MarTech solutions and data platforms
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without authority
• Strong technical understanding of data systems and integrations
