🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct charge capture audits on patient records and billing data.
• Assign and validate CPT/HCPCS codes and revenue codes.
• Perform data analysis with Excel to detect discrepancies.
• Collaborate with clinical and finance teams on process improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional coding experience in a hospital.
• Experience with charge capture audits and revenue integrity.
• Understanding of CPT, HCPCS, and hospital coding standards.
• Proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

✨ Nice to Have

• CCS, CIRCC, COC, or CPC coding certification.
• Experience with Epic or similar EHR systems.
