You'll lead high-impact analytics projects at a mission-driven online marketplace, turning complex data into strategic insights for product, finance, and marketing teams. You'll shape member behavior analysis, pricing opportunities, and cross-functional initiatives. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects from experiment design to post-launch analysis.
• Partner cross-functionally to align priorities and translate questions into analytical frameworks.
• Design and maintain dashboards, experiment reports, and datasets for product teams.
• Design and analyze A/B tests with statistical rigor, including sample sizing and significance testing.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data and product analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, or C++.
• Experience with large-scale data tools such as Hive or Spark.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or other modern cloud data warehouses.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA with focus in analytics or quantitative field.
• Experience in eCommerce or subscription businesses.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, web analytics (GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel), and customer journey analysis.
