🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute the vision for GTM analytics and data infrastructure
• Manage measurement framework for top-of-funnel and partnerships
• Drive annual and quarterly GTM planning cycles
• Build and maintain predictive models for sales attainment
• Mentor a team of GTM analysts

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Analytics in high-growth B2B SaaS
• Proven track record in GTM planning including capacity modeling and quota setting
• High proficiency in Snowflake and dbt for building scalable data models
• Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R for modeling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leveraging AI tooling (e.g., LLMs) to automate GTM workflows
• Deep experience with Salesforce (CRM) and BI tools such as Sigma or Tableau
• Strong grasp of statistical concepts applied to sales velocity and forecasting
