💼 About This Role

You'll drive growth in Snowflake's Financial Services partner ecosystem by recruiting strategic partners and developing go-to-market strategies. You'll manage high-performing partnerships and work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to accelerate adoption of Snowflake's AI Data Cloud.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and execute strategic plans to acquire new Financial Services partners
• Develop and manage a portfolio of high-performing partners
• Engage with customers to drive adoption of Financial Services products
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years industry experience in business development or alliances
• Prior background in Financial Services or fintech
• Strong verbal and executive presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
