💼 About This Role

You'll provide special education instruction in a self-contained or team setting at Vanguard Preparatory School. You'll develop individualized learning plans and collaborate with students, parents, and staff to support academic and social growth. This role emphasizes emotional regulation and behavioral management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students
• Prepare lessons and instructional materials accommodating student differences
• Manage classroom behavior and administer emotional regulation practices
• Assess student achievement through formal and informal testing

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Preferred Teacher Certification with endorsements for subject and level assigned
• Demonstrated competency in core academic subject area assigned
• Minimum of 3 years experience working with people with multiple disabilities
