💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership by providing an amazing shopping experience and using your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits. You'll also support daily operations and meet sales targets, while stepping in when the manager is pulled away. This role allows you to open and close the store and contribute to a pop-culture driven mission.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds.
