You'll join Proper's accounting operations team, providing property management accounting services. You'll handle AP, AR, and bank reconciliations for real estate clients. This role offers remote work in Mexico with a collaborative startup team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process accounts payable and receivable for customers.
• Pull bank statements and match transactions for reconciliations.
• Identify unmatched and stale-dated transactions.
• Escalate processing issues to the Senior Accountant.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Proficiency in bank reconciliation procedures.
• Ability to use accounting software (e.g., Appfolio).
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
