📋 Requirements

• Master's Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
• Proficiency in statistics and data analysis techniques
• Experience with modeling and simulation applications
• Ability to use computer analysis tools for evaluation

• Experience developing test and evaluation plans
• 10+ years of ORSA-related experience with non-technical degree
• Bachelor's in technical field with 5+ years ORSA experience
