• 7+ years in backend engineering and distributed systems
• Expert-level proficiency in Go and solid Python
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and gRPC

• Experience with Kafka or Google Pub/Sub
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP
• Experience optimizing LLM performance
