You'll partner with customers as a trusted advisor to drive adoption of Sift's Digital Trust & Safety solutions. You'll own the customer relationship, project management, and demonstrate value through data-driven metrics and KPIs. This role offers the chance to bridge business and technical challenges at a company securing digital trust for leading global businesses.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Understand customer's business and address technical challenges
- Demonstrate Sift's value through strategic business reviews
- Build deep product knowledge and share best practices
- Advocate for customers internally and drive value realization
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success Manager or similar role
- Experience owning a book of business and retaining revenue
- Running strategic business reviews (e.g. QBRs)
- Showing value through data-driven metrics and KPIs
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in the fraud/payments ecosystem
- Experience with SaaS products using APIs
