You'll partner with customers as a trusted advisor to drive adoption of Sift's Digital Trust & Safety solutions. You'll own the customer relationship, project management, and demonstrate value through data-driven metrics and KPIs. This role offers the chance to bridge business and technical challenges at a company securing digital trust for leading global businesses.

  • Understand customer's business and address technical challenges
  • Demonstrate Sift's value through strategic business reviews
  • Build deep product knowledge and share best practices
  • Advocate for customers internally and drive value realization

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success Manager or similar role
  • Experience owning a book of business and retaining revenue
  • Running strategic business reviews (e.g. QBRs)
  • Showing value through data-driven metrics and KPIs

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in the fraud/payments ecosystem
  • Experience with SaaS products using APIs
