You'll join Agoda's Performance Marketing Team to optimize campaign performance and analyze vast data sets. You'll experiment with ad strategies and develop predictive models to drive measurable marketing programs. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute A/B tests on campaign structures and bidding strategies
• Build dashboards to track and report performance metrics
• Develop predictive models for booking impact analysis
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field from top university
• 0-4 years of data crunching experience in consulting, banking, or tech
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one other data analysis tool (Python, R, SPSS)
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
