💼 About This Role

You'll work as a Premier Resident Engineer providing full-time technical support for Extreme Networks products at customer sites in Japan. You'll be a trusted advisor, handling design, deployment, and troubleshooting of L2/3 switches and SD-WAN solutions. This role requires fluent Japanese and deep networking expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical design, deployment, and support for customer networks.
• Lead meetings to prioritize scheduled activities.
• Troubleshoot L2/3 switch and SD-WAN issues on-site.
• Create bug scrub and vulnerability reports for customers.

📋 Requirements

• Fluent Japanese (native or business level).
• 5+ years' experience in networking technologies including Switching/Routing and SD-WAN.
• Strong skills in design, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.

✨ Nice to Have

• Network certifications such as CCNA, CCIE, or CWNA.
• Experience with Extreme Networks products.
• Native or business-level English.
