💼 About This Role

You'll support the Accounts Payable or Property Accounting team at Esri, preparing and processing invoices with high accuracy. You'll ensure proper documentation and respond to inquiries, contributing to a collaborative onsite environment at our stunning Redlands campus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review invoices for assigned vendors for documentation and approval
• Prepare and process payment of invoices via check, ACH, and wire transfers
• Process 3-way purchase order match into SAP ERP system
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers via shared mailbox

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in accounting support
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Effective organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to use online systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
• SAP or similar ERP experience
• Accounts payable experience with high volume of transactions
