You'll partner with leaders across Enterprise Technology and Finance to shape people strategies and ensure Rioters can do their best work. You'll balance strategy and execution, driving performance management and organizational changes in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the chance to redefine HR practices in a gaming company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Lead performance management, calibrations, and coach managers.
• Support workforce planning and navigate reorganizations.
• Surface insights from engagement surveys and feedback loops.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Track record in performance management and job leveling.
• Strong consulting, coaching, and communication skills.

• Understanding of US and California labor laws.
