Description

You will own and execute end-to-end lifecycle campaigns for season ticket members, using data-driven strategies to improve retention, show rate, and fan loyalty across Seattle Sounders FC and Seattle Reign FC. This role requires balancing multiple priorities and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver personalized, multi-channel fan journeys.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sports and digital brand marketing or customer marketing
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with project management leadership and software
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing competing priorities
  • Experience with rewards/loyalty programs and ticketing platforms preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of season ticket member lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, paid media, in-stadium, and events
  • Leverage behavioral and transactional data to build targeted audience segments and dynamic messaging strategies
  • Architect and optimize multi-channel fan journeys to increase renewal rates, show rate, and long-term loyalty
  • Establish A/B testing and optimization roadmaps using performance insights and leading indicators
  • Partner with creative, analytics, and service teams to develop personalized email content aligned with fan lifecycle goals
