Description

Lead the engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance of critical utility systems at the Bastrop Manufacturing Site to support 24/7 mission-critical manufacturing operations. You will own end-to-end performance of power, water, wastewater, and natural gas systems, driving strategic planning and capital projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, electrical, or environmental engineering
• 8+ years of experience in utilities engineering, operations, or maintenance in industrial facilities
• 4+ years of direct people leadership experience managing engineers, operators, and technicians in 24/7 environments
• Proven hands-on experience with utility infrastructure and/or central utility plants
• Deep knowledge of industrial utility reliability best practices and predictive maintenance technologies

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, operators, technicians, and maintenance personnel
• Own end-to-end performance of major utility systems (power generation/distribution, industrial water, wastewater, natural gas)
• Drive strategic planning, capital project execution, and expansion of utility infrastructure
• Establish preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs for high uptime
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, manage budgets, and lead root cause analysis for incidents
