You will lead AI enablement strategy at SoFi, championing best practices for applying AI across software development and back-office domains. You'll oversee a build-over-buy approach, drive prototyping and production solutions, and mentor teams to adopt AI for improved velocity and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
• 15+ years of software development experience
• Significant recent experience applying Generative AI in software development
• Expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
• Deep understanding of CI/CD and AI-driven improvements

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership for AI enablement across the company
• Serve as strategic technical advisor to engineering and business leadership
• Drive innovation in AI-assisted developer productivity flows
• Ensure operational excellence including observability and incident resolution
• Mentor engineers and scale adoption of AI-enabled developer tooling
