You'll guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey for a complex SaaS platform, ensuring they adopt and derive value. You'll act as a trusted partner, translating business needs into effective system configurations while collaborating with Sales, CS, Support, and Engineering.

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation processes
  • Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup and configuration
  • Communicate onboarding requirements with customers and stakeholders
  • Educate customers on platform capabilities and best practices

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in customer onboarding or implementation
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience working with senior decision-makers
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve escalations
