You'll guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey for a complex SaaS platform, ensuring they adopt and derive value. You'll act as a trusted partner, translating business needs into effective system configurations while collaborating with Sales, CS, Support, and Engineering.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation processes
- Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup and configuration
- Communicate onboarding requirements with customers and stakeholders
- Educate customers on platform capabilities and best practices
๐ Requirements
- 1โ2 years of experience in customer onboarding or implementation
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience working with senior decision-makers
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve escalations
