• Lead end-to-end UX/UI initiatives from research to high-fidelity design
• Create and evolve design systems and visual frameworks
• Design responsive, visually polished interfaces across touchpoints
• Mentor team members to up-level their capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in a dedicated digital design role
• Exceptional visual design aesthetics with strong UX/UI portfolio
• Experience with design systems creation and maintenance
• Expert proficiency in Figma

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
