- Assist patients/members with benefits, eligibility, and coverage inquiries.
- Accurately document all interactions in CRM or healthcare systems.
- Verify insurance and demographic information.
📋 Requirements
- Proven experience in call center or customer service role
- Familiarity with CRM or healthcare systems
- Ability to handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
