💼 About This Role

You'll retrieve medical records from provider offices for a healthcare data platform. You'll work independently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, with cross-training opportunities in multiple departments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Visit provider offices to scan or upload medical record charts
• Professionally engage with providers and maintain daily communication with remote team
• Access and manage weekly schedule through Datavant systems
• Work independently to meet goals for chart retrieval accuracy and efficiency

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Availability between 8am-5pm at least three consecutive days per week
• Valid driver's license and reliable insured personal vehicle
• Basic computer skills: scan documents, save/rename files, upload to secure servers
