💼 About This Role

You'll ship product across the stack—from backend services and data infrastructure powering a healthcare AI platform to the web app used by operations teams. As part of a growing Brazil-based engineering team, you'll have real ownership over what you build and help shape engineering culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product features end-to-end, from design through production
• Build user-facing experiences in React and TypeScript
• Design and ship backend services with Python and FastAPI
• Raise the bar in code review and help shape engineering practices

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years strong full-stack experience with Python and TypeScript with React
• Comfort designing schemas and writing non-trivial SQL against PostgreSQL
• Working knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, with overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours

• Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, fintech, etc.)
• Infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform)
• Familiarity with Redis, queueing systems, or other modern production stack components
